This galga had been seen for a long time with her badly injured leg fighting to survive…. once the dog was caught and brought to the vets, the poor dogs leg could not be saved and had to be amputated.

Injured and left to die, the sad destiny of many, thanks to a so called “popular sport” of the galgueros in Spain.
