This is BLANA, she was seen for weeks abandoned in the outskirts of a village near Barcelona.
a typpical case of hunting dog that is not wanted/needed anymore
she has been taken into the shelter of Moia and will be sterlilized, vaccinated and prepared for adoption
BLANA is a pure breed wire haired ibizan hound (in spain called PODENCO) and a very nice girl.
Soon we will have further infos and if someone would like to adopt her we consider quarantaine for her
who can resist this wet girl with those lovely eyes?
podencos have no chance for adoption in spain as they are only hunting dogs here and only hunters would ask for her. of course that is out of question.
the pix has been taken right after her bath on arrivel at the shelter, soon we will have pix in her “normal look”
